At the HR Tech Summit last week, the DecodeHR team had the pleasure of meeting many like-minded individuals, all united in the goal of finding out how technology can be leveraged to strengthen their human capital. We also had the opportunity to connect with HR tech vendors as well as tech experts to gain their views on how technology can be applied effectively to HR. With tech innovations hitting workplaces constantly, there’s never been a better time for us in the HR space to analyse what the future of the workplace holds for us.
In fact, a common theme for conversations throughout the day had been HR Digital Transformations. It was no coincidence that our MD, Evelyn, spoke about this topic. She emphasised the importance of going through the rigour of designing and implementing a comprehensive digital transformation roadmap.
Our team had also successfully conducted a survey on the challenges that organisations face when embarking on a HR digital transformation. Based on preliminary findings from the responses, the implementation phase of the transformation was indicated as the top challenge. We definitely hear you.
Our goal as a team is to support businesses in becoming future-ready, and one of the ways we do that is to come alongside to share and exchange perspectives about the optimal mindset and environment for tech adoption. Our upcoming Transformational Leadership Workshop, conducted in collaboration with our partner, the Berkeley Excecutive Coaching Institute, is one of the many examples of how we prepare people for the digital transformation. Through the workshop, we will be imparting techniques to lead people through the difficult process of change and transformations, with a focus on design thinking and experiential exercises for a truly impactful learning.
